Статья посвящена анализу одного из частотных наименований монгольских правителей – термину eǰen. Выявление контекстов его употребления позволяет конкретизировать сведения о месте верховного правителя в политической культуре и картине мира монголов XVII века и показать соотношение профанных и сакральных функций ejen-а в зависимости от того, кто из монгольских правителей обозначается этим термином

Клинописные тексты начала II тыс. до н.э. из Южной Месопотамии не содержат прямой информации о социальной структуре городского общества. Отдельные сведения об имущественном положении и правовом статусе городской элиты города Ларсы XIX–XVIII вв. до н.э. можно найти в документах раздела имущества (YOS 8 42, 98; TCL 11 224), судебных актах (VS II(XVIII)101) и письмах (AbB 10 161). Эти сведения в определенной степени подтверждаются и данными археологических раскопок на месте одного из жилых кварталов Ларсы.

Cuneiform texts of the old Babylonian period from South Mesopotamia contain little information about the social structure of urban societies. Some data on the social status and property of Larsa urban elite — called in the texts “the noble and the great” (kabtu ù rabū) — can be found in the contracts of property division (YOS 8 42, 98; TCL 11 224), court decisions (VS II(XVIII)101) and letters (AbB 10 161). Archaeological excavations of one residential quarter of Larsa increase and confirm
this information.

Исключительно важную роль в хозяйственном и политическом развитии региона Ближнего Востока в период древности играли миграционные процессы, постоянные широкомасштабные перемещения различных этнокультурных групп. Такие передвижения могли вызываться разными причинами, в том числе нехваткой или истощением в определенном районе естественных ресурсов для жизнедеятельности, ростом количества населения, территориальной дифференциацией уровня и качества жизни населения.

Основываясь на данных археологии, письменных памятников и предшествующих исследованиях (И. М. Дьяконов, I. J. Gelb, P. Steinkeller), автор предлагает собственную реконструкцию
картины перемещения и взаимодействия различных этнокультурных групп по территории Великой Месопотамии в период ранней древности (III–II тыс. до н. э.) и их роли в становлении здесь государственности и в формировании политических структур.

For millennia during the period of early antiquity (VII–II millennium BC) permanent large-scale displacements of various ethno-cultural groups took place in the territory of the Great Mesopotamia. Such movements could be caused by different factors, including the lack or the depletion of natural resources for livelihood in a specific area, increasing number of the population, territorial differentiation of the quality of life. Migration processes played a crucial role in economic and political development of the region. Relying on archaeological evidence, written records and previous studies (I. M. Diakonoff, I. J. Gelb, P. Steinkeller) In this the author offers a reconstruction of the movement and the interaction of various ethno-cultural groups in the Great Mesopotamian territory during early antiquity and their role in the establishing of statehood and the formating of political structures.

Книга предлагает читателю вариант исторической реконструкции социальных институтов, хозяйственных и политических структур Южной Месопотамии и соседних территорий в период ранней древности. Именно в это время в ходе взаимодействия различных
культурно-хозяйственных этнических групп здесь возникли самые ранние формы организации жизни и труда человеческих сообществ в рамках больших городов, были созданы системы управления этими сообществами, возникла письменность, были разработаны и записаны первые в истории человечества сборники законов. Исследование основано на тщательном изучении богатой научной литературы, многочисленных эпиграфических памятников (шумерских и аккадских клинописных текстов), памятников материальной культуры и данных археологических раскопок.

The book provides a historical reconstruction of the social institutions, economic and political structures of Southern Mesopotamia and its neighbours in Early Antiquity. The period was marked by dynamic interactions of the different ethnic groups with different cultural and economical background which culminated in creating the earliest forms of life and labour organization in the city-states along with the first systems of government, the appearance of written language and
writing down the first law collections. The study relies on exhaustive research of the numerous epigraphic evidences (Sumerian and Akkadian cuneiform texts), excavated artifacts and the interpretation of the archaeological record as a whole. The book is accessible to a wider audience, while it also provides a wealth of new material to the specialist in the field.

Первая из книг, посвященных старовавилонской культуре, работа Н. В. Козыревой освещает проблемы экономических
отношений, существовавших в XIX—XVIII вв до н. э. в тогдашней столице Южной Месопотамии городе Ларсе. На основе анализа сохранившихся архивных документов той поры автору удалось воссоздать различные стороны хозяйственной жизни города и его округи, имущественного положения городского населения.

В своей статье автор показывает, как в документах, фиксировавших события частной жизни отдельных людей, отражались общие процессы социального и экономического развития древнего общества. В качестве иллюстрации автор приводит несколько клинописных документов, составленных в XVIII в. до н.э. в городе Ларса (ЮжнаяМесопотамия) и объединенных именем некоего Амуррум-тиллассу. Два из них (YOS VIII 153, YOS XII 307) впервые публикуются в переводе и транслитерации.

In this article the author tries to demonstrate that the sale or alienation of urban real estate in South Mesopotamia at the beginning of the 2nd millennium B.C. was regulated or even restricted as it had been in the end of the 3rd millennium. Cuneiform texts connected with the activity of a certain Amurrum-tillassu are used. Two texts (YOS VIII 153, YOS XII 307) are given in the author`stranslation and transliteration.

The article is devoted to modern aspects of the development of tourism and hospitality industry of the Russian Federation. The author highlights the urgency and the need to ensure and improve the quality of domestic tourist product, in a changing environment of tourism demand and significantly increased domestic and inbound tourism flows. Modern consumers of Russian domestic tourism products have a significant tourist experience, and compliance with international quality standards is a prerequisite for the further development of tourism and hospitality in Russia. The article discusses aspects of the concept of "quality" in relation to goods and services, as well as the distinctive features of "quality of a manufacturer" and "quality of the consumer." The features of quality assurance in the field of tourism and hospitality: the great variety of activities and a wide range of functions implemented by enterprises of the Tourism and Hospitality industry (organizational, industrial, service and commercial functions). The author deals with the formation of a mechanism to ensure quality in the tourism and hospitality industry. In conclusion, outlined the steps proposed stages and model of a mechanism to ensure the quality of tourism and hospitality industry.

Article is devoted working out of mathematical model for an estimation of fast-food establishments. The given model is applicable to any fast-food establishments and allows to avoid scale expensive research of the market.

Abstract: According to a survey of travelers, most of them point out the importance of using
interactive technology in planning and during tourist trips. Interactive technologies in tourism
are represented by several groups: booking services, guides, navigators, gaming and virtual
augmented reality applications, etc. The article presents an overview of their use in the tourism
industry, as well as the attempt of classification and systematization of these technologies for
the tourism industry.
